Job description
Take the lead in logistics at Bombardier, supervising weekend shifts at the Dorval Plant. This role emphasizes operational leadership and team engagement. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will report directly to the Operations Director and manage a unionized team of approximately 25 employees on the weekend shift. You will plan daily operations, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure a safe and effective work environment while promoting continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Manage weekend operations with a unionized workforce • Plan and oversee daily tasks and objectives • Report on productivity, quality, and safety metrics • Resolve operational issues efficiently • Encourage teamwork and open communication Requirements: • College or university degree in a related area • At least five years of supervisory experience in manufacturing • Strong organizational and planning skills • Excellent communication and leadership abilities • Bilingual capabilities are essential Lead your team effectively at Bombardier, ensuring high standards in logistics operations through collaboration and commitment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
