Job description
Become WSP's AI Change Enablement and Communications Lead in Montreal, QC, and spearhead the adoption of cutting-edge AI practices. Your role will focus on crafting persuasive communications that illustrate the value of AI. In this strategic position, you will design and implement change enablement plans that align with organizational goals. You will manage internal communications, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged through targeted messaging and effective updates on progress. Your ability to translate technical concepts into relatable language will be essential for fostering understanding and driving adoption. Key Responsibilities: • Create and manage an AI-focused change and communications strategy • Produce leader toolkits and informative internal campaigns • Develop executive-ready readouts on AI initiatives • Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback for ongoing improvements • Communicate AI’s practical impacts and reinforce responsible usage Requirements: • At least 5 years in change management or digital adoption • Proven capability in executing change management strategies • Excellent writing and communication skills • Experience working with diverse stakeholders • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Utilize your skills to effectively drive AI change at WSP in Montreal. #J-18808-Ljbffr
