Job description
Lead impactful career transitions as a Consultant specializing in Talent Solutions. Provide expert coaching and HR consultation to enhance workforce strategies and careers. This role uniquely blends career coaching with strategic HR consulting efforts, ensuring clients feel supported throughout their transitions. You will guide individuals in achieving their career goals while advising organizations on best HR practices. Essential skills include effective coaching, content creation, and strong interpersonal communication. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver one-on-one coaching for individuals in transition • Create customized career development plans • Facilitate engaging career-related presentations • Offer fractional HR services to clients • Build relationships within the industry and community Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required • At least 5-7 years of HR and coaching experience • Strong presentation and facilitation skills • Knowledge of career development trends and strategies • Ability to navigate virtual presentation tools Leverage your expertise in coaching and HR to drive substantive changes in individuals' careers and organizational approaches for lasting success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
