This is arole with an existing patient base and a clinically demanding scope. The ideal candidate is confident working independently and highly skilled in advanced procedures including endodontics and oral surgery.The practice sees steady patient flow and consistent scheduling, supported by strong clinical systems and modern technology.## ## Schedule Needing Coverage* Monday–Thursday : 9 : 00am – 6 : 00pm Additional Details : DDS chairs booked 1–2 weeks out* 2 DDS operatories allocated to the associate* Independent work environment—no mentorship available* CDA support provided## ## Clinic Overview & Team Structure* Active Patients : 3,000 RDHs : 3 New Patients : ~33 per month Total Chairs : 9 Hygiene Chairs : 2–3 This practice provides a balanced mix of hygiene support and operatory access, ideal for an experienced clinician.## ## ## Required Clinical SkillsThis position requires a dentist who is highly proficient in : * Bread‐and‐butter dentistry* Advanced endodontics (including molar retreats, calcified canals, etc.)* Advanced oral surgery (including impacted third molars)* Implant dentistry ### Additional Skills That Help Reduce Referrals* Advanced endodontics* Advanced oral surgery* Fixed prosthodontics (crown and bridge)* Implant dentistryThis is a strong clinical opportunity for a dentist seeking to manage a broad, comprehensive caseload.## ## Sedation* Oral sedation## ## Technology & Software* Dentrix PMS* CBCT* iOS* Panoramic* CEREC* Soft tissue laser* Digital workflowsThis is a well‐equipped, digitally modern practice with robust diagnostic and restorative technology.## ## Ideal Candidate* Experienced and clinically comprehensive* Strong in endo, surgery, and implants* Ethical, professional, and self‐directed* Able to work independently without mentorship* A good cultural fit within a cohesive clinic team## ## Compensation* 40% collections X‐ray compensation : DDS + DA + Hygiene## If you are an experienced clinician seeking a role with autonomy, advanced clinical cases, and strong technological resources, this practice offers a highly rewarding opportunity.Our purpose is to provide the best care for our patients.We empower our people and our practices with resources and technology to deliver exceptional care and patient outcomes.
