High-Rise Residential Construction l Builder-Developer
Are you an experienced construction leader who thrives on delivering complex high-rise residential projects as a Senior Project Manager?
Our client is an established builder-developer with an impressive pipeline of high-rise residential developments across the GTA. As they continue to expand their in-house Construction division, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to play a key role in the successful delivery of multiple high-rise towers in master planned communities.
This is an opportunity to join a well-capitalized organization with a good development pipeline, where you will have direct involvement in the planning, execution, and delivery of landmark residential projects.
Reporting to the Vice President, Construction, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction through occupancy. Working closely with Project Coordinators, Site Superintendents, consultants, trade partners, and senior leadership, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
