Job description
Join BDO as a Senior Manager in Transaction Tax Services, serving clients across Canada. Focus on transaction tax issues with an emphasis on due diligence, planning, and compliance. As a Senior Manager, you'll lead engagements conducting tax due diligence, design tax-efficient structures, and work closely with clients to minimize exposure risks. Your role also includes nurturing talent within your team and contributing to the firm's growth in the private equity sector. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee sell-side and buy-side tax due diligence engagements • Analyze tax liabilities and structure acquisitions efficiently • Design management structures for private equity funds • Prepare detailed tax analysis documentation for clients • Facilitate mentorship and development for team members Requirements: • CPA designation, LLB, or similar qualifications • 6+ years of tax experience in professional services • Expertise in M&A transactions and tax strategy • Strong analytical and team leadership skills • Commitment to high-quality client service and communication Leverage your expertise in transaction tax while growing with BDO's supportive culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
