Job description
Advance to a Senior Manager role in Oracle HCM Core HR at Huron, leading client implementations in the U.S. or Canada. Utilize your expertise to create scalable solutions that drive results. At Huron, you will lead Oracle Cloud Core HR initiatives, delivering end-to-end project management while ensuring strategic alignment with client objectives. Your rich experience allows you to conduct fit/gap analysis, manage multiple workstreams, and mentor junior staff effectively. You will play an essential role in fostering teamwork and driving professional growth within Huron’s collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead comprehensive implementations of Core HR • Facilitate design and strategy workshops • Maintain quality assurance for project deliverables • Guide and develop junior team members • Support activities during the post-go-live phase Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant area • 5-7 years of experience in consulting roles • Experience with Oracle HCM implementations • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills • Willingness to travel as required (up to 50%) Leverage your managerial skills and Oracle knowledge to enhance HR solutions at Huron, shaping the future of client operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
