About The Role

At TD SYNNEX, we empower the world's technology ecosystem by bringing together innovative IT solutions, vendors, and partners to solve complex business challenges. As a Business Development Representative II (BDR II), you will play a critical role in accelerating partner growth and vendor success through relationship-building, enablement, and pipeline execution.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys outbound engagement, consultative conversations, and becoming a trusted subject matter expert. You will work closely with internal sales teams, vendors, and partners to drive initiatives that generate revenue, deepen relationships, and expand partner capabilities across the portfolio.

If you are curious, customer‑focused, and eager to grow your career in technology sales and partner development, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with partners and customers by serving as a trusted point of contact for consultations, support, and guidance.
  • Drive vendor initiatives through outbound calls, lead follow‑up, and pipeline development, moving opportunities through the sales cycle and closing deals.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on assigned vendor products, programs, and promotions, enabling internal sales teams and partners to succeed.
  • Support partner enablement efforts by delivering vendor training, product education, and best‑practice guidance.
  • Profile partner accounts, identify growth opportunities, and expand relationships beyond the primary contact to increase influence and impact.
  • Track, manage, and report on vendor pipelines, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely follow‑up, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and vendor teams to execute strategic initiatives and resolve challenges.
  • Configure, price, and quote solutions, providing technical guidance and alternative product recommendations when needed.
  • Participate in customer account planning, pipeline reviews, and ongoing performance discussions.
  • Analyze performance metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Stay current with industry developments and participate in vendor and industry training as needed.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related role
  • High school diploma required; associate degree or coursework in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and customer engagement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present and negotiate professionally
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Comfort with outbound calling, customer engagement, and extended periods of phone or computer use

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with technology vendors, distributors, or channel partners
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and build rapport across diverse teams
  • Flexibility to adapt to change and perform well under pressure
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and work non‑standard hours when business needs require
