Payroll Administrator - 1-Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Oversee and process full-cycle Canadian and U.S. payroll.
• Support payroll operations by performing detailed data validation, reconciliations, process documentation, and enhancing controls and automation workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Build, streamline, and strengthen payroll processes, controls, reporting and automation.

About You

• 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience across Canada and the U.S.
• Advanced Excel expertise with proven experience managing large payroll datasets and reconciliations.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized independent contributor with strong compliance knowledge; PCP designation considered an asset.

Pay Range
$35 - $45 / hour
