Job description
RBC seeks a QA Lead to drive excellence in AI testing initiatives and lead a team of quality engineers. This role emphasizes hands-on testing, automation, and strategic mentorship. As the QA Lead, you will engineer robust testing frameworks while mentoring QA engineers in their career paths. You will actively participate in testing AI solutions, ensuring high-quality results through advanced methodologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your technical leadership will be critical in establishing effective QA strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Manage testing for AI agent features across multiple projects • Mentor a team of QA engineers with technical guidance • Design and implement automated testing frameworks • Perform hands-on testing for intricate features and defects • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes Requirements: • 8+ years of software testing experience • 3 years in QA leadership roles • In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies • Proficient in Python with automation experience • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Lead innovative QA practices at RBC, enhancing quality and teamwork for AI project success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
