Job description
Drive quality and decision-making at Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre as a Senior Planning Lead. This full-time role integrates performance reporting and operational support. In the role of Senior Planning Lead, you will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to enhance organizational strategy through effective planning and performance reporting. Your leadership will guide cross-functional teams to improve standards in quality and operational efficiency. Leveraging data-driven insights and collaboration, this position seeks to support community-focused health initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Partner on strategic and operational planning • Develop high-impact performance reports and dashboards • Analyze and translate data insights for teams • Spearhead quality improvement processes • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks Requirements: • Master’s degree in relevant discipline • 5+ years in quality improvement and reporting • Strong experience with data analysis tools • Familiarity with Ontario health accountability standards • Excellent communication and project management skills Be at the forefront of quality improvement and data integration as PQCHC’s Senior Planning Lead. #J-18808-Ljbffr
