Job description
Become the Governance Support Specialist at NCN Family & Community Wellness Centre, where this full-time role enhances the efficiency of the Board of Directors through effective administrative support. As a vital team member, the Governance Support Specialist will ensure that board meetings are both organized and compliant. You will manage records, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes accurately. Strong communication skills and an attention to detail are essential for maintaining professional standards and effective governance practices. Key Responsibilities: • Organize and document board meetings effectively • Ensure compliance with governance processes • Maintain detailed records and archives for the board • Support the Annual General Meeting's organization • Document decisions accurately during meetings Requirements: • Completion of Grade 12 High School Diploma • Strong oral and written communication skills • Basic knowledge of computer operations • Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence • Understanding of Indigenous cultures and community practices Utilize your skills in organization and compliance to impact the governance at NCN Family & Community Wellness Centre. #J-18808-Ljbffr
