Job description
Become a Facility Operations Technician Lead at BGIS, where you can lead a team in delivering vital maintenance and operational services in various facilities. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency through effective leadership and adherence to safety standards. As a Technician Lead, you'll oversee a team responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance and safety throughout operations. Your leadership and maintenance skills will directly influence the efficiency and reliability of facility systems and service delivery. Relying on your advanced knowledge, you will address service requests and manage compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee team performance and assign daily tasks • Ensure compliance with facility and safety standards • Conduct thorough maintenance and facility system inspections • Manage work orders and lead troubleshooting efforts • Coordinate preventative maintenance programs and records management Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in facility maintenance roles • High school diploma with trades training • Proven experience in leadership roles • Advanced facility systems knowledge • Required Journeyman Electrical License Utilize your facility maintenance expertise to lead effective operations at BGIS. #J-18808-Ljbffr
