ROLE SUMMARY:
The District Sales Manageris responsible fordriving sales growth and leading business development within an assigned district. This role delivers results through strategic planning, hands-on leadership of Business Development Representatives, and strong execution against sales targets. The DSM builds andmaintainsrelationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners to strengthen brand presence and loyalty. Byleveragingmarket insights and performance data, theyidentifyopportunities, address challenges, andoptimizeoverall sales performance.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Execute sales strategies to achieve district targets and drive revenue growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity toidentifyopportunities and refine approach
- Lead, coach, and develop sales team; provide performance feedback and training
- Build and manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners
- Monitor sales performance and use data insights tooptimizeresults
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align on promotions, product availability, and financial goals
- Execute national sales strategies and standards across distribution, promotion, and merchandising
- Set strategic priorities andallocateresources to maximize district performance
- Manage budgets and oversee data tracking to support decision-making
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven success in sales management with a strong ability to execute strategies and deliver revenue targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience developing and motivating teams
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with clientsand partners
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance, market trends, and competitive insights
- Effective communicator with strong presentation and influencing skills
- Solid understanding of the beverage alcohol industry, including market trends and regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate challenges and drive solutions
