Job description
Become the Marketing Strategy Lead at EY’s Assurance service line, driving strategic marketing initiatives and fostering collaboration across teams to enhance client relationships. As the Assistant Director of Marketing, you will serve as the national leader focusing on EY’s Assurance service line. Your role involves developing strategic marketing plans, managing go-to-market strategies, and analyzing market opportunities. You will work closely with practice leaders and ensure that marketing initiatives align with EY's standards, while mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities: • Develop the Assurance strategic marketing plan • Collaborate with leaders for practice growth strategies • Liaise effectively with sub-service line and marketing teams • Manage national marketing objectives and priorities • Curate insights from market and service trends Requirements: • Significant experience in marketing leadership • Strong ability in project management • Insightful analysis of market opportunities • Excellent mentorship and communication abilities • Familiarity with the full suite of EY services Drive impactful change in EY's Assurance marketing efforts through strategic planning and innovative marketing initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
