Become the Lead Privacy Officer at The Ottawa Hospital, where you will promote and protect patient confidentiality in a collaborative healthcare setting. This pivotal role emphasizes compliance and innovative solutions. The Lead Privacy Officer is crucial in ensuring compliance with privacy legislation and overseeing the administration of freedom of information requests. Your responsibilities will include investigating breaches, conducting privacy impact assessments, and delivering training programs to maintain high standards in privacy protocols. Interfacing with various stakeholders, you will guide the organization in navigating complex privacy landscapes.
