Job description
Lead tenant communication efforts with a focus on bilingual strategies. This role requires strong relationship management within the commercial real estate sector to ensure tenant satisfaction. As the Bilingual Communications Lead, you will be key in developing and executing the Tenant Relationship Management Program while ensuring effective communications across various platforms. Your role emphasizes collaboration with different parties to enhance the tenant experience in buildings. This full-time position calls for excellent communication skills and operational knowledge within facility management. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the Tenant Relationship Management Program • Develop comprehensive communications for tenants • Implement bilingual requirements in communication initiatives • Mentor communication specialists across business units • Manage media and public relations for organization Requirements: • At least 10 years in a communications role • Degree in related fields like marketing or journalism • Strong proficiency in writing and editing • Experience with Adobe Suite for marketing assets • Knowledge of commercial real estate sector preferred Utilize your expertise to improve communications and tenant relationships within the commercial real estate environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
