  • Support project safety, customer site requirements, contractor management, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.

The Candidate

  • Post-secondary education in occupational health and safety or a related discipline,
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in EHS program management, safety management systems, training development, project execution, or operational safety leadership.
  • Experience working in an industrial, equipment, field service, construction, transportation, manufacturing, or multi-branch environment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS management systems, regulatory compliance, critical controls, high-risk work, contractor safety, project safety planning, and corrective action management.

  • Strong project management, communication, analytics, stakeholder engagement, technology, and continuous improvement skills.

This role is central to simplifying, modernizing, and strengthening how EHS programs are built, implemented, measured, and sustained.
