Job description
Supervise laboratory operations focused on high voltage testing while ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Responsible for training, testing management, and compliance reporting to engineering teams. In this senior management role, you will take charge of high voltage testing facilities, bringing over 5 years of experience. Your key responsibilities will include managing training for lab staff, executing electrical tests on transformers, and producing compliance reports as required. A hands-on approach is essential, as is maintaining operational efficiencies while meeting all safety standards. Key Responsibilities: • Train personnel in lab safety and testing procedures • Administer high voltage testing protocols daily • Coordinate with engineering and production teams • Generate compliance reports for engineering • Ensure testing equipment is maintained and calibrated Requirements: • Educational background in Electrical/Power Systems Technology required • Familiar with high voltage equipment construction • Knowledge of ANSI, CSA, IEC standards mandatory • Strong Microsoft Office skills required • Proven experience analyzing and recording test data Manage and elevate high voltage testing operations, ensuring compliance and performance align with industry standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
