Job description
Take on a rewarding challenge as a Composite Design Engineer with XQ Technical, focusing on advanced projects in motorsport. This role emphasizes composite methodologies and robust design practices. XQ Technical offers a three-month contract opportunity for an experienced Composite Design Engineer based in the UK. Your role will involve developing complex composite components through Siemens NX while collaborating closely with manufacturing and engineering teams. A quick and detailed-oriented approach is essential as projects move from concept to final production. Key Responsibilities: • Create innovative composite designs using Siemens NX • Collaborate with project teams for manufacturability • Develop detailed engineering 3D models and 2D drawings • Assist in ongoing design improvements and troubleshooting • Ensure that components meet performance metrics and weight limits Requirements: • Established background in motorsport or advanced engineering • Advanced skills in Siemens NX • Experience with complex composite component design • Strong grasp of manufacturing processes and materials • Capacity to thrive in a rapid development environment Leverage your composite engineering skills at XQ Technical, contributing to cutting-edge motorsport innovations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
