Our telecommunications client is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support and optimize 5G wireless networks using Nokia equipment and network troubleshooting

Join a team supporting complex 5G wireless network operations within a telecommunications environment. This role focuses on end-to-end network support, troubleshooting, feature validation, and optimization across Nokia-based network infrastructure. The team is building multiple senior-level roles requiring deep hands-on expertise in wireless networks, software-related issue investigation, and operational support in a fast-paced environment.

Must Haves

• 10+ years in 5G, wireless networks, and network optimization
• Deep expertise with Nokia equipment, Nokia features, and hands-on troubleshooting
• Strong background in network layers, radio bands, N67/N68, and system behavior
• Experience handling issues related to software updates, root cause analysis, and recurring network problems
• Education requirements not specified

Nice to Have

• Experience with tracing tools
• FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) experience
• IoT / FEM solutions experience
• Trace and log analysis for issue investigation

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end network operations and optimization
• Troubleshoot daily network issues related to software releases
• Conduct feature trials and testing activities
• Implement and validate new network features
• Optimize power saving, feature performance, and layer strategy
• Investigate recurring network problems and perform root cause analysis
• Support troubleshooting across Nokia-based 5G wireless infrastructure
