A career as an analyst in one of the teams preparing legal documentation or disbursement authorization in the Commercial Western Operations (CWO) sector at National Bank means acting as a specialist in preparing legal documentation or analyzing and authorizing the compliance of the financing files of the various segments of our commercial corporate clients. It is through your analytical mind, your organizational skills, your experience in commercial financing and your knowledge of source systems that you will have a positive impact on the customer experience.
Your job:
- prepare the required legal documentation according to the various products authorized by the credit sector or automated systems
- Analyze file compliance to meet issued credit authorizations
- Publish guarantees in the various public registers
- Index the loan profile in IT systems
- Issue disbursement instructions
- Communicate with the various stakeholders as needed
- Contribute to the evolution of systems/processes
- Keeping your knowledge up to date
Your team:
Within the CWO sector, you will be part of either the documentation preparation team or the disbursement authorization team. Our teams stand out for their expertise in commercial financing in all segments, both in Alberta and in the rest of Canada, their ability to meet their service agreements, and their superior client/employee experience delivery.

Initial training will be delivered by the Strategy and Performance (S&P) team through a training cohort. You and your colleagues will be trained on either the process of preparing documentation or authorizing disbursements based on your profiles.
Prerequisites:
- Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent, related to the industry, and three years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of the Office suite
- Analytical skills
