Job description
An established and growing service-based contractor is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a team of field technicians, oversee daily operations, and drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing team leadership, customer relationships, project coordination, and business development.What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of field service technicians
  • Oversee scheduling, workforce planning, and day-to-day service operations
  • Prepare quotations and manage service projects from start to finish
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and timely resolution of issues
  • Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and operational performance
  • Manage inventory, fleet resources, and service agreements
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing customer relationships and increase revenue
  • Monitor departmental performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in service, operations, project, or department management
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Customer-focused with outstandingmunication skills
  • Sales-minded with the ability to build relationships and secure new business opportunities
  • Experience in a service, construction, mechanical, trades, or related industry environment is considered an asset
