Job description
Become a Senior Payroll Consultant at ADP and transform clients’ payroll systems from legacy to cutting-edge platforms. This role requires expert skills in project management and payroll implementation. In this dynamic position, you will oversee all phases of payroll upgrades, ensuring timely and efficient transitions for our clients. You will leverage your technical and interpersonal skills to manage complex project plans while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your goal is to ensure a seamless hand-off to client services and support throughout the implementation process. Key Responsibilities: • Implement payroll upgrades according to detailed guides • Manage multiple projects and deliverables effectively • Serve as the main point of contact for client issues • Maintain clear communication with project teams and stakeholders • Build and sustain collaborative partnerships with vendors Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of payroll or HR experience • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite • Understanding of networking and operating systems • Excellent customer service skills • Knowledge of ADP products is beneficial Empower clients through effective payroll solutions while advancing your career with ADP. #J-18808-Ljbffr
