Responsibilities

• Lead by example and focus on achievement of sales goals within the shoe department.
• Promote the footwear collection, reinforcing lifestyle components.
• Sell personally and holistically in-store, building relationships with customers and creating loyal clientele.
• Deliver product‑knowledge training to advisors, developing taste level and brand image.
• Communicate with buying and visual teams to ensure product inventory and brand spirit are represented.
• Participate in and coordinate trunk shows.
• Inspire repeat exceptional customer experiences online and in‑store through consistent training.
• Demonstrate interest and ability to develop others; lead team building toward financial goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment, footwear, or department leadership.
• Experience in sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing, or made‑to‑measure is preferred.
• Passion for inspiring repeat business by creating exceptional customer service experiences online and in‑store.
• Desire to participate in training initiatives and apply acquired skills daily.
• Demonstrated interest in technology and using innovations to support retail customer service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
