Job description
Shape the future of energy efficiency as a Recommissioning Engineer specializing in decarbonization initiatives. Conduct thorough energy audits and develop strategic recommendations for clients. This role targets experienced engineers to optimize building performance across diverse sectors, including commercial and institutional facilities. You will perform hands-on inspections and collaborate with project teams to address gaps in HVAC and building systems. Your work will enhance clients' sustainability goals through innovative solutions and comprehensive analyses. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage building recommissioning projects • Perform comprehensive energy audits (ASHRAE Levels I, II, III) • Develop decarbonization strategies and transition plans • Analyze building systems for performance optimization • Prepare and submit technical reports and funding applications Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required (preferred in Mechanical or Electrical) • Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainable projects • P.Eng. designation necessary or in progress • Experience with utility incentive programs • Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders Enhance building efficiency and reduce carbon footprints while growing in a collaborative and dynamic environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
