Job description
Become a key player as a Heavy Equipment Maintenance Operations Lead. Supervise all maintenance and equipment activities, enhancing operational safety and efficiency. As a pivotal leader, your role involves overseeing maintenance operations both in-house and through subcontractors. You'll manage resources effectively, plan tasks in collaboration with the Maintenance Planner, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Your extensive knowledge in heavy equipment will guide decision-making regarding equipment renewal and supplier engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise all prefabrication and maintenance operations • Manage internal and external maintenance resources • Plan and coordinate safety meetings and inspections • Communicate costs of repairs to project sites • Prepare budgets for maintenance and repair projects Requirements: • Vocational diploma (DEP) required • 8+ years in maintenance supervisory roles • Proficient in English • Strong management and teamwork skills • Familiarity with various heavy equipment types Lead the charge in enhancing maintenance efficiency and team performance across operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
