Overview Of The Role

As the IT Specialist, Integration and Automation at Saputo, you will be a senior integration resource responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and optimizing integration solutions that connect SAP systems with internal and external enterprise applications. This role plays a critical part in enabling seamless data flow, business process automation, and system interoperability across the organization’s digital landscape. Working closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, architects, and external partners, the specialist ensures integrations are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives. Your contributions will be essential for Saputo to continuously improve, innovate, and sustain its existing SAP ECC system, and eventually SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP platform.

At Saputo, our people are our strongest and most important asset. As a valuable member of our team, you will model the Saputo values and demonstrate respect for your colleagues in all your formal and informal interactions. You will enable mutual respect, open communications, and high performance. You strive to bring your best self to work every day as an essential part of our positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Support SAP upgrades, enhancements, cloud migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Review and solidify the technical soundness and feasibility of solutions documented in the Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
  • Create and maintain the Technical Specification Designs (TSDs) that summarize the different SAP integration objects implemented or modified.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and issues across all SAP environments including Production.
  • Provide on‑call production support as part of a rotational schedule, including incident triage and resolution.
  • Actively coach and mentor developer teammates, assisting them with significant challenges and roadblocks.
