  • Affichage (poste): #26-27/ECE.002
  • Type de poste: Permanent
  • Répartition: 10 mois du calendrier scolaire (1er septembre au 30 juin)
  • Taux horaire: 33.28$/heure, selon l’échelle de la convention collective
  • Date de début du contrat: 08/09/2026
  • Date de fin du contrat: Sans objet
  • Date de début d’affichage: 16/07/2026
  • Date de fin d’affichage: Jusqu’à ce que le poste soit comblé

En collaboration avec l'enseignant·e:

  • Préparer, organiser et diriger des activités qui favorisent les apprentissages et le développement global de l’enfant ;
  • Développer chez les enfants le sens de l'initiative et la persévérance ;
  • Organiser des activités pour le renforcement de l'estime de soi et l’autorégulation chez
  • l’enfant ;
  • Accompagner les enfants tout au long de la journée incluant dans les routines d’hygiène ;
  • Préparer des activités éducatives à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur et encourager la coopération et la participation ;
  • Outiller les enfants à accroître leur autonomie et leurs aptitudes sociales auprès de leurs pairs ;
  • Observer les enfants et faire des interventions individuelles adaptées à leurs besoins ;
  • Participer à l'évolution continue du cheminement des enfants ;
  • Maintenir l’ordre et la discipline en utilisant des approches positives et dans un environnement positif et créatif ;
  • Toute autre tâche connexe.

Qualifications

  • Être titulaire d’un diplôme ou certificat en Éducation à la petite enfance valide en Colombie-Britannique ;
  • Capacité à travailler au quotidien en assurant la confidentialité ;
  • Deux ans d’expérience pertinente dans le domaine ;
  • Détenir un certificat de premiers soins valide.
  • Passion pour travailler avec les enfants de jeune âge ;
  • Sens d’observation, d’organisation et de responsabilité ainsi qu'être vigilant ;
  • Sens de l’organisation ;
  • Communication claire et efficace ;
  • Créativité, imagination, débrouillardise, dynamique et ouverture d’esprit ;
  • Habiletés pour le travail d'équipe ;
  • Flexibilité, ouverture d’esprit et capacité d'adaptation ;
  • Excellente maîtrise du français écrit et oral et bonne connaissance de l’anglais écrit et oral.
