Valnet est à la recherche d’un(e) Responsable de l’acquisition de talents orienté(e) vers les processus pour notre marque voyage. Cette personne veillera à ce que les nouveaux employés répondent à nos standards de qualité et agira comme ressource principale pour notre équipe interne de recrutement.
Êtes‑vous très motivé(e) et engagé(e) à obtenir d’excellents résultats tout en accompagnant et développant les talents? Si oui, vous trouverez votre place chez nous. Sous la supervision de votre Portfolio Manager, vous fournirez des rétroactions sur les normes actuelles de recrutement.
Plus important encore, vous veillerez à ce que nos opérateurs se sentent engagés, connectés et motivés à contribuer.
