Job description
Join Anfang Childcare as Centre Director, overseeing operations and leading a dedicated team. Focus on compliance, staff mentorship, and building a collaborative workplace culture. As the Centre Director, you will play a key role in managing operations and staffing within Anfang Childcare. This position involves ensuring compliance with BC Child Care Licensing regulations and fostering a collaborative environment among approximately 25 educators. Your leadership will guide staff development and community relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure efficient daily operations and program quality • Lead educator recruitment, scheduling, and professional development • Maintain regulatory compliance and accountability standards • Foster positive family relations and manage inquiries • Support pre-opening licensing and facility coordination Requirements: • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities • Experience in managing childcare operations • Strong understanding of licensing regulations in BC • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to build community trust and resolve conflicts Maximize operational excellence and community engagement as the Centre Director at Anfang Childcare. #J-18808-Ljbffr
