Job description
Embark on a challenging role as a CFD and FSI Engineer at LR Advisory in Halifax, specializing in compressible flows. Engage in dynamic consultations that support public safety and defense. This position within the Explosion and Fluid Dynamics Team is designed for engineers with at least a Master’s degree in a relevant field. You will focus on consultancy services related to explosive events and dynamic fluid interactions, while contributing to internal software development. The role emphasizes individual creativity and teamwork to meet complex engineering needs. Key Responsibilities: • Provide consultancy on explosive blast and reactive flows • Develop and maintain CFD and FEA software • Contribute to the writing of technical publications • Engage with clients to address complex problems • Take ownership of personal and project goals Requirements: • Master’s degree in an engineering discipline • Experience with numerical analysis tools • Knowledge of FSI and CFD modeling • Eligibility for personal security clearance • Active contribution to safety management practices Deliver your expertise to foster advanced solutions in safety and engineering with LR Advisory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
