Join Our Team! Lakecity Medical Clinic is seeking a reliable, compassionate Registered Nurse/ LPN to join our Rheumatology Clinic as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with rheumatic diseases.
· Conduct patient assessments and monitor treatment response.
· Administer biologic and injectable medications safely.
· Educate patients on medications, disease management, and lifestyle.
· Coordinate referrals, investigations, and follow-up appointments.
· Assist physicians during consultations and procedures.
· Monitor laboratory results and communicate concerns.
· Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
· Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
· Support quality improvement initiatives and infection control.
Qualifications
· Current RN/ LPN registration in British Columbia.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Experience in rheumatology or internal medicine preferred (training provided).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
