Our client, Sagard Holdings (b>Sagard), is a multi-strategy alternative asset management firm active in venture capital, private equity, private credit and real estate with professionals located in Canada (Montreal, Toronto), the United States, Europe and the Middle East. Sagard is seeking a strategic, operationally driven Manager, Corporate Paralegal Services to join its legal team, which consists of approximately 20 full-time employees, in order to support the company’s accelerated growth.
This role will lead and scale the firm’s corporate governance, entity management, and transaction execution infrastructure across its global investment platform. It oversees corporate secretarial functions, governance frameworks, and operational processes that support Sagard’s investment activities, while partnering closely with Legal, Investment, Finance, Investor Relations, Tax and Compliance teams.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with significant experience in corporate governance, legal, or fund operations, ideally within a private equity or alternative asset management environment. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills, along with the ability to navigate complex transactions and multi-jurisdictional structures in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
