Job description
Lead the financial performance at Norton Rose Fulbright as a Manager of Accounts Receivable and Billing, focusing on optimizing billing operations and enhancing team effectiveness. This on-site role is based in multiple locations across Canada. As a strategic leader with over 15 years in finance and 5 years in management, you will develop and implement best practices, manage complex transactions, and ensure billing accuracy. Your collaboration with stakeholders and commitment to process improvement are essential to achieving operational goals. Key Responsibilities: • Delegate and oversee tasks for regional Team Leaders • Ensure timely debt collection and billing accuracy • Analyze and improve billing processes continuously • Communicate effectively with billing teams and lawyers • Adhere to external regulations and internal policies Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent • 15+ years in finance and accounting expertise • Managerial experience of at least 5 years • Methodical with strong organizational skills • Bilingualism is considered an asset Unleash your financial leadership skills with Norton Rose Fulbright, driving operational success and quality. #J-18808-Ljbffr
