  • Assist clients in accessing Community Services, including Meal Programs, Transportation Services, Friendly Visiting, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate transportation services by scheduling appointments, communicating with clients, volunteers, and staff, and responding to changing service needs.
  • Support the planning and delivery of special dining events and community programs.
  • Supervise dining and driving volunteers while fostering a positive volunteer experience.
  • Process monthly meal orders, maintain accurate client records, and liaise with external food service providers.
  • Prepare client communications and introduce new clients to Momiji's dining and community services.
  • Collaborate with Finance to prepare client invoices, collect payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Monitor program statistics, maintain program databases, and assist with reporting and evaluation activities.
  • Promote a person- and family-centred approach in all aspects of service delivery.

  • Current CPR and Emergency First Aid certification.
  • Food Handler Certification, or willingness to obtain.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
