Job description
Drive AI initiatives forward as an Engagement Manager with Tech Talent International in downtown Toronto. This role requires expertise in managing customer relationships and ensuring successful AI implementations. In this full-time position, you will oversee all aspects of client engagements, focusing on transforming customer needs into actionable plans that deliver significant business value. Your strong background in technical consulting and enterprise delivery will be crucial as you guide internal teams and maintain alignment with customer executives throughout the engagement process. Key Responsibilities: • Manage full customer engagement lifecycle from kickoff to completion • Act as a liaison with executives to ascertain project priorities • Develop structured timelines and actionable deliverables • Lead prioritization to ensure business objectives are met • Organize resources to mitigate risks and remove blockers Requirements: • 6+ years of customer-facing delivery experience • Track record of managing complex enterprise projects • Strong project management skills and effective communication • Experience working closely with engineering teams • Understanding of AI technology applications in businesses Position yourself to influence AI strategies and client relationships as an Engagement Manager in Toronto. #J-18808-Ljbffr
