Job description
Transform client reinsurance operations as a Senior Consultant at Synpulse, where your expertise drives meaningful change. Operate in a hybrid environment while implementing comprehensive insurance solutions. As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to evaluate their objectives and risks, documenting their needs and enhancing their operational processes. You will implement reinsurance solutions that align with existing systems and collaborate with teams from finance to IT/Data to ensure seamless execution. Your understanding of market developments will help navigate client challenges effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate to assess client business requirements and risk profiles • Document and optimize system processes • Implement and integrate reinsurance solutions effectively • Work alongside client's internal teams to facilitate solutions • Stay informed about market and regulatory changes Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related discipline • 5+ years of experience in the insurance or consultancy sector • Strong project management and change management skills • Excellent communicator across diverse audiences • Team-oriented with a proactive approach Drive your consulting career forward by harnessing your reinsurance experience at Synpulse. #J-18808-Ljbffr
