Job description
Join EY as a U.S. Tax Compliance Manager, based in Toronto or Waterloo, and empower multinational clients through expert compliance and planning. Drive effective solutions for U.S. tax issues. As a U.S. Tax Manager in EY’s respected U.S. Tax Practice, you will supervise complex tax engagements while delivering high-quality compliance services. Your insights will guide the development of tax returns and strategies for clients operating internationally. Collaborate and lead a talented team across borders to build strong client partnerships. Key Responsibilities: • Manage U.S. federal and state tax compliance efforts • Ensure thorough review of tax documents and returns • Conduct in-depth technical research for tax memoranda • Provide advice on cross-border tax issues • Develop team members and foster a high-performing culture Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or similar • Minimum of 5 years U.S. tax experience required • US CPA certification • Skills in mentoring and team dynamics • Analytical abilities to manage multiple priorities Utilize your leadership and expertise to navigate complex tax environments at EY. #J-18808-Ljbffr
