Become a Technical Support Engineer at Pigment and drive effectiveness in our AI business planning platform. Collaborate with engineering teams to protect productivity and ensure seamless operations. In this critical role, you will utilize your expertise with over five years in technical incident management to bridge Customer Support and Engineering. You will not only address existing issues but also develop strategies to prevent future complications. Your initiative in enhancing processes will lead to increased customer satisfaction and a tangible impact on team performance.
