Job description
Transform the guest experience as a Café Front of House Manager. Engage visitors with memorable hospitality from start to finish in a lively dessert-centric café. In this role, you will build and guide a passionate team dedicated to delivering excellent service and creating unforgettable moments for each guest. Your responsibilities will include optimizing dining room flow, ensuring an inviting atmosphere, and efficiently managing service interactions. A multitasking mindset and cooperative spirit are essential in maintaining high standards during busy shifts.
