This is an opportunity to join one of Canada's most entrepreneurial real estate development companies, where you'll help shape a portfolio of transformative projects spanning industrial, high-rise residential, mixed-use communities, commercial and hospitality developments.
Rather than inheriting decisions made by others, you'll be at the table from the outset, working alongside Development and Executive Leadership to influence how projects are designed, budgeted and delivered.

This isn't a traditional pre-construction role, it's a strategic leadership position.
You'll lead the entire pre-construction function, guiding projects from early concept through procurement and construction readiness, while building a high-performing team and helping shape the company's future growth.
Working from one or both of the company's offices in either downtown Toronto or west GTA, you'll enjoy the pace and agility of a privately owned organisation where ideas are valued, bureaucracy is minimal, and decisions happen quickly.
