Job description
Enhance your career as a Director of Valuations and Advisory Services at Colliers, focusing on delivering high-quality reports and exceptional customer service. Partner with clients to drive strategic market growth. You will bring over five years of relevant experience and hold an AACI designation to support client relationships. This collaborative role requires strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, along with preferred experience using Argus Enterprise, to promote the Colliers brand effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Create comprehensive and detailed valuation reports • Develop strong client relationships with outstanding service • Collaborate on strategic growth initiatives • Advocate for the Colliers brand's values • Engage in innovative projects shaping communities Requirements: • 5+ years of related work experience • AACI designation is a must • Exceptional collaborative mindset and interpersonal skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications • Familiarity with Argus Enterprise is a plus Take the lead in driving innovation in valuations at Colliers, where strategic growth meets quality service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
