Job description
Take charge as General Sales Manager at The Brick and boost store performance through superior customer service and operational excellence. As the General Sales Manager, you will report to the Store Manager and oversee the sales team, with a primary focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales metrics. This role includes hiring, training, and assessing team dynamics, while implementing effective sales strategies and managing promotions. Your leadership will shape an outstanding customer experience within the store. Key Responsibilities: • Uphold high-level customer service and merchandising standards • Oversee the hiring and training of sales personnel • Develop staff through goal-setting and evaluations • Enhance sales strategies to improve margins and performance • Coordinate marketing events to increase community engagement Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus • 2+ years of customer service or sales experience • Previous retail supervisory experience preferred • Strong communication and time management skills • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings Transform customer interactions at The Brick while leading your sales team to new heights. #J-18808-Ljbffr
