Job description
Manage strategic client projects as a Senior Program Manager at d1g1t Inc., where fintech meets enterprise-level service. Hybrid work environment with focus on risk management. As a Senior Program Manager for d1g1t, you'll be responsible for the comprehensive delivery of programs to enterprise wealth management clients. Your experience of over seven years managing client relationships in fintech will be pivotal in ensuring that projects are completed on time and align with business goals. You'll communicate complex information effectively between technical teams and client executives, ensuring mutual understanding and project alignment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end project delivery for wealth management • Serve as escalation point, coordinating resolution of issues • Create detailed project plans with clear objectives • Proactively identify program risks and dependencies • Organize feedback sessions for ongoing improvement Requirements: • Over 7 years in large-scale program management • Strong familiarity with wealth management domain • PMP certification and solid SDLC background • Documented success in delivering multi-stakeholder projects • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Lead successful program delivery and foster robust client relationships as part of d1g1t's innovative team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
