Job description
Become an Energy Resolutions Expert at dcbel, managing complex energy issues for optimal customer satisfaction. Deliver prompt solutions while utilizing your technical background effectively. dcbel Inc. seeks an Energy Resolutions Expert with a minimum of seven years in residential energy and experience managing escalations. In this key L3 role, you will be the vital link in resolving customer complaints and fostering improvements in service processes. Your problem-solving capabilities and understanding of relevant technical details will be critical to your success. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver timely resolutions for high-level customer complaints • Analyze cases to mitigate risks and losses effectively • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences • Serve as a department expert in case administration • Present and advocate for proposed solutions to internal stakeholders Requirements: • 7+ years of industry experience is mandatory • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field • Significant experience in residential energy; solar background favored • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time Bring your analytical skills and technical knowledge to elevate dcbel’s commitment to energy accessibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr
