Job description
Lead impactful private equity investments as Director of Private Equity Services with Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. Utilize your extensive M&A knowledge in a dynamic yet flexible work environment. As part of the highly regarded Services investment team, you will collaborate with top executives to source and execute essential private investments. This role emphasizes lead responsibilities in due diligence, financial modeling, and post-investment management, ensuring constructive engagement with portfolio entities. Key Responsibilities: • Spearhead due diligence and financial modeling for investments • Oversee end-to-end management of deal workstreams • Serve as a board observer for portfolio companies • Develop relationships for effective deal sourcing • Mentor junior team members in investment strategies Requirements: • 10+ years specializing in private equity • Senior role experience in M&A or corporate finance • Proven diligence leadership on investment deals • Deep sector knowledge, particularly in emerging trends • Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities Contribute to Ontario Teachers' legacy of excellent investment practices within Private Equity Services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
