Job description
Elevate Clutch’s consumer financing as a Senior Manager in Credit & Risk. Drive strategic credit decisions and manage lending frameworks in a fast-paced Toronto environment. As a crucial member of the Clutch team, you will design the risk framework and oversee credit decisions within our new financing program. This role emphasizes partnership with Product and Operations to ensure risk aspects are seamlessly woven into customer interactions. Success in this position requires a hands-on approach to building effective credit systems and operational frameworks. Key Responsibilities: • Create and refine underwriting policies for diverse portfolios • Manage credit decisioning logic and manual review processes • Work collaboratively to implement automated credit strategies • Develop pricing strategies that consider risk and funding constraints • Monitor portfolio analytics and performance management Requirements: • 6–10+ years experience in consumer lending • Solid understanding of risk-based decisioning • Proven record in analytics and operational change • Strong data analytical skills for performance tracking • Familiarity with Canadian lending rules is beneficial Join Clutch's innovative team and play a pivotal role in crafting effective credit solutions while driving business growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
