Job description
Embark on a fulfilling career as an Environmental Hydrology Engineer, focusing on safety, quality, and ethics in your engineering solutions. Join a passionate team dedicated to protecting our environment. As a vital member of our engineering team, you will conduct hydrological studies and design hydraulic infrastructures under the guidance of a Senior Engineer. The ideal applicant will have a university degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in hydrology or hydraulics, and 5 to 15 years of relevant experience. Your skills in analyzing climate impacts and managing water resources will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct flood risk and impact assessments • Design water management structures, including pumping stations • Perform hydraulic simulations across multiple dimensions • Create comprehensive hydrological water balances • Support water quality assessment efforts Requirements: • University degree in Civil Engineering with specialization • 5 to 15 years of engineering or hydraulic specialization • Membership in the OIQ confirmed • Proficiency in analytical and modeling tools • Understanding of water management laws in Québec Bring your passion for hydrology and engineering to promote sustainability and safety. #J-18808-Ljbffr
