Job description
Join Qualcomm Canada ULC as a Senior ASIC Silicon Engineer, specializing in silicon validation and high-performance product optimization. This role encompasses significant aspects of integrated circuit validation processes. In this position within Qualcomm's Engineering Group, you'll focus on characterizing silicon, debugging critical issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards like PCIe and Ethernet. The role also emphasizes the development of tailored validation methodologies and automation of testing processes, which are vital for high-quality product delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Characterize silicon and analog blocks for compliance testing • Debug silicon and present comprehensive validation reports • Develop innovative test methodologies for various ASICs • Automate test equipment for efficient validation processes • Analyze signal integrity for circuit boards and silicon Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field • 2+ years of relevant ASIC design experience • Strong programming skills in various scripting languages • Proven knowledge of SerDes architecture and compliance software • Experience with PCB design and testing instruments Your contributions will help Qualcomm push the boundaries of silicon engineering and innovation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
